The Powerhouse Fruit for Your Gut: Kiwi
Kiwis are a delicious and nutritious fruit that is packed with health benefits. In recent years, research has shown that kiwis can also be beneficial for gut health.

Kiwis and the Gut Microbiome
The gut microbiome is a complex ecosystem of bacteria, fungi, and other microorganisms that live in your digestive tract. A healthy gut microbiome is essential for good health, as it helps to break down food, absorb nutrients, and boost immunity.
Kiwis are a good source of prebiotics, which are types of fiber that feed the good bacteria in your gut. Prebiotics help to promote the growth of beneficial bacteria, such as bifidobacteria and lactobacilli, which can help to improve gut health.

Benefits of Kiwis for Gut Health
There are a number of ways that kiwis can benefit your gut health, including:
  • Improving digestion: Kiwis are a good source of fiber, which can help to improve digestion and prevent constipation.
  • Reducing inflammation: Kiwis are also a good source of antioxidants, which can help to reduce inflammation in the gut.
  • Boosting immunity: A healthy gut microbiome is essential for a strong immune system. Kiwis can help to boost immunity by promoting the growth of beneficial bacteria.

Meet Heather Martin

For years, I didn't feel like myself.

Even as I was putting a smile on everyday, I still felt like a helpless mother. It was really hard on me emotionally and had started to affect the rest of my family.

After having undiagnosed postpartum depression three times in three years-- I decided my fourth was going to be different. My research and what I had been through, helped immensely. I decided to start using some products from a company I know and trust while incorporating other things into my life.

The fourth trimester after my fourth baby was completely different. The first three pregnancies (fourth trimester) was very difficult--being fake, pretending to be happy, smiling, and laughing like I was okay.

Now, I am vibrant. I'm on a mission to help a lot of people break free and empower themselves with the knowledge and resources that I have learned during those years.
