Success Tips for Moms

Success Tips for Moms
Hey there, fellow hardworking moms! It's your health mom here with some fantastic success tips for all the awesome moms out there who have big goals and dreams. Being a goal oriented mother, I love chasing my dreams while staying focused and determined. So, let's dive into some great tips that will help you achieve your goals while juggling the demands of motherhood.

First things first, setting an alarm for activities related to your goal is a game-changer. Like setting your alarm to drink your lemon water or write a blog post. Having a set time for working toward your goal creates a routine that keeps you on track. Whether it's carving out time for exercise, working on a passion project, or learning something new, having a consistent schedule sets you up for success.

Next up, using a planner is like having a leash to keep your goals in check. Take a page from my playbook and jot down the things you want to accomplish each day related to your goal. Whether it's taking small steps or making significant strides, having a visual roadmap in your planner helps you stay organized and motivated. Plus, crossing off tasks feels very satisfying!

Lastly, surrounding yourself with like-minded people is very essential. Being around individuals who share your ambitions and values can propel you forward. Whether it's joining a supportive community, attending networking events, or connecting with other moms who have similar aspirations, surrounding yourself with positivity and encouragement can make a world of difference.

Remember, achieving your goals as a mom is like teaching an old dog new tricks – it takes patience, perseverance, and a whole lot of love. So, keep plugging along, stay focused on your dreams, and never underestimate the power of a supportive pack. You've got this, moms!

Meet Heather Martin

For years, I didn't feel like myself.

Even as I was putting a smile on everyday, I still felt like a helpless mother. It was really hard on me emotionally and had started to affect the rest of my family.

After having undiagnosed postpartum depression three times in three years-- I decided my fourth was going to be different. My research and what I had been through, helped immensely. I decided to start using some products from a company I know and trust while incorporating other things into my life.

The fourth trimester after my fourth baby was completely different. The first three pregnancies (fourth trimester) was very difficult--being fake, pretending to be happy, smiling, and laughing like I was okay.

Now, I am vibrant. I'm on a mission to help a lot of people break free and empower themselves with the knowledge and resources that I have learned during those years.
