A Mom's Guide to Physical Health
Being a mom is a demanding job that often leaves little time for self-care. However, prioritizing your physical health is essential for your well-being and for being the best mom you can be.

The Importance of Physical Health for Moms
  • Enhanced Energy Levels: Regular exercise and a balanced diet can boost your energy levels, helping you keep up with the demands of motherhood.
  • Improved Mood: Physical activity releases endorphins, which can help alleviate stress and improve your mood.
  • Stronger Immune System: A healthy diet and regular exercise can strengthen your immune system, making you less susceptible to illness.
  • Better Sleep: Exercise and a balanced diet can improve your sleep quality, leading to better rest and increased energy.
Tips for Moms to Prioritize Physical Health
  • Schedule Regular Exercise: Make time for physical activity, even if it's just for 30 minutes a day. Find activities you enjoy, such as walking, swimming, or yoga.
  • Eat a Balanced Diet: Focus on whole, unprocessed foods like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains.
  • Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep your body hydrated and functioning optimally
  • Prioritize Sleep: Aim for 7-8 hours of quality sleep each night. Create a relaxing bedtime routine to help you wind down.
  • Practice Self-Care: Take time for yourself to relax and recharge. This could involve reading a book, taking a bath, or spending time in nature.
Remember, taking care of yourself isn't selfish; it's essential for your overall well-being and your ability to care for others. By prioritizing your physical health, you'll be a happier, healthier, and more patient mom.

Meet Heather Martin

For years, I didn't feel like myself.

Even as I was putting a smile on everyday, I still felt like a helpless mother. It was really hard on me emotionally and had started to affect the rest of my family.

After having undiagnosed postpartum depression three times in three years-- I decided my fourth was going to be different. My research and what I had been through, helped immensely. I decided to start using some products from a company I know and trust while incorporating other things into my life.

The fourth trimester after my fourth baby was completely different. The first three pregnancies (fourth trimester) was very difficult--being fake, pretending to be happy, smiling, and laughing like I was okay.

Now, I am vibrant. I'm on a mission to help a lot of people break free and empower themselves with the knowledge and resources that I have learned during those years.
