The Benefits of Starting Your Day This Way
Hey there, you hardworking moms out there! It's Heather here, and I've got something to share with you that might just make your mornings a whole lot better.

I know how crazy mornings can get, trying to wrangle the kids, get everyone ready, and still grab something to eat yourself. That's why I want to talk to you about the amazing benefits of starting your day with a refreshing fruit and veggie smoothie.

First off, let me tell you about the importance of hydration. After a long night of sleep, your body is in serious need of some hydration. I'm talking about getting those cells replenished and ready to take on the day.

By starting your morning with a delicious smoothie, you're not only giving your body a boost of much-needed water, but also a dose of essential nutrients from the fruits and veggies.

Now, let's talk about the convenience factor. As a busy mom, I know that time is a precious commodity. That's why a quick and easy-to-make smoothie can be a lifesaver.
You can prep your ingredients the night before and blend everything up in the morning in no time. Plus, you can even sneak in some veggies that your little ones might not be too keen on eating on their own and share the smoothie.

But wait, there's more! Starting your day with a nutrient-packed smoothie can help set the tone for your entire day. You'll feel more energized, focused, and ready to tackle whatever comes your way. Plus, you'll be setting a great example for your kids by showing them the importance of a healthy breakfast.

So, to all the busy moms out there, I encourage you to give this morning ritual a try. Your body and mind will thank you for it. And who knows, you might just find that a simple smoothie can become the superhero of your morning routine. Stay strong, stay healthy, and keep on rockin'!

Meet Heather Martin

For years, I didn't feel like myself.

Even as I was putting a smile on everyday, I still felt like a helpless mother. It was really hard on me emotionally and had started to affect the rest of my family.

After having undiagnosed postpartum depression three times in three years-- I decided my fourth was going to be different. My research and what I had been through, helped immensely. I decided to start using some products from a company I know and trust while incorporating other things into my life.

The fourth trimester after my fourth baby was completely different. The first three pregnancies (fourth trimester) was very difficult--being fake, pretending to be happy, smiling, and laughing like I was okay.

Now, I am vibrant. I'm on a mission to help a lot of people break free and empower themselves with the knowledge and resources that I have learned during those years.
