Start with a few open-ended questions about your main health concern, what you've tried, your history, and your top wellness goals for the next 3-6 months. Then rate each symptom by how often you experience it:
Total Overall Health Score — Explanation
The Total Overall Health Score reflects the cumulative pattern of responses across all sections of this health assessment. It is designed to provide a big-picture overview of how frequently symptoms are experienced across multiple body systems, including digestion, detoxification, hormones, nervous system regulation, immune function, sleep, and elimination.
Each response is assigned a numerical value based on symptom frequency. Higher scores indicate a greater overall symptom burden, suggesting that multiple systems may be under stress or not functioning optimally. Lower scores indicate fewer or less frequent symptoms, which is generally associated with better overall balance and resilience.
This score is not a medical diagnosis. Instead, it serves as a screening and prioritization tool to help identify patterns, guide deeper discussion, and determine which areas may benefit from further evaluation, lifestyle adjustments, or supportive care.
Changes in the Total Overall Health Score over time can also be used to track progress, assess the effectiveness of interventions, and support informed, individualized wellness planning.
