Paleo • Serves 2 • 25–30 min

Lemon-Herb Baked Salmon

Light, omega-3-rich dinner with fresh herbs — perfect for detox.

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon (zest + slices)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme or dill
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix oil, garlic, lemon zest, herbs, salt & pepper. Brush on salmon.
  3. Top with lemon slices, bake 12–15 min until done.
Plant-based • Serves 2–3 • 30 min

Cauliflower "Risotto" with Mushrooms

Creamy without grains — pure veggies and umami mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup broth, 1–2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • Fresh parsley, salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Pulse cauliflower into rice texture.
  2. Sauté onion, garlic, mushrooms until soft.
  3. Add cauliflower and broth; cook 5–8 min.
  4. Stir in nutritional yeast, season, top with parsley.
Paleo • Serves 3–4 • 35 min

Sheet-Pan Chicken & Veggies

Easy one-pan dinner full of fiber and clean protein.

Ingredients

  • Broccoli, carrots, red onion
  • Olive oil, garlic powder, paprika
  • Salt, pepper, rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss veggies with oil & spices, place on pan.
  3. Add chicken, roast 25–35 min until cooked through.
Plant-based • Serves 4 • 40 min

Spiced Lentil & Sweet Potato Stew

Comforting, fiber-rich stew with warming spices.

Ingredients

  • 1 sweet potato, cubed
  • 1 onion, garlic, ginger
  • 1 cup tomatoes, 3 cups broth
  • Cumin, coriander, turmeric

Instructions

  1. Sauté onion, garlic, ginger.
  2. Add spices, sweet potato, lentils, tomatoes, broth.
  3. Simmer 20–25 min until tender; season.
Plant-based • Serves 2 • 15 min

Zucchini Noodles with Avocado Pesto

Raw-style dinner with healthy fats and bright herbs.

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, 1 cup basil
  • 1 clove garlic, juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp nuts or seeds

Instructions

  1. Blend avocado, basil, garlic, lemon, oil, nuts.
  2. Toss zucchini noodles in pesto, serve chilled.
