Lemon-Herb Baked Salmon
Light, omega-3-rich dinner with fresh herbs — perfect for detox.
Ingredients
- 1 lemon (zest + slices)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp fresh thyme or dill
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix oil, garlic, lemon zest, herbs, salt & pepper. Brush on salmon.
- Top with lemon slices, bake 12–15 min until done.
