Easy Self-Care Hacks

Mama, are you awake all night with a baby that wants to nurse, a toddler that is afraid of the dark, and a child that doesn’t like the thunder.
When is there time to sleep?

By the time the sun comes up, sleep sounds amazing. There is no energy left in your body to get dressed or even brush your teeth.
When is there time to shower?

The day rolls by as you make sure each child is fed, alive, and doing well. The constant picking up toys, cleaning the kitchen, nursing a baby, and switching the laundry.
When is there time to eat?



I totally understand. The feeling of never “getting it together” … never having motivation again… never feeling like yourself.

Well… over the years I have come up with some self-care hacks for tired, hungry, and busy mamas.
You don’t want to miss the amazingness at the end!




Get Dressed.

This seems so simple but it can really be a gamechanger. Getting dressed into something other than your pajamas can make you feel a little more “prepared” for the day.


Take Your Vitamins.

Alright, so this one isn’t as simple because the vitamins you take matter. It took me years to find vitamins for me and my entire family that doesn’t contain sugar and have everything we need in them. Depending on what you are taking, your vitamins can affect your mood, energy, and health of your body.

Healthy Energy.

This one kind of ties into the right vitamins BUT you can’t just become energized by taking your vitamins. It is VERY important for your body to get the right foods, the healthy stuff that is sitting on your counter about to go bad… eat that and eat it before it goes bad!

People always joke that they need their coffee in the morning, but maybe there is a better alternative to coffee (I’m not saying it’s a bad thing but there are so many other, healthier drinks that will give you lasting energy PLUS some nutrients that your body needs.)
